We source fresh fish directly from fishermen and fishing boats on the Itoshima Peninsula, as well as fresh vegetables from Itoshima. We are committed to using only the freshest ingredients, and we also pay close attention to cooking methods such as robatayaki (charcoal grilling) and preparing the fish just before serving, which bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.This course is available only on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday).
