All-you-can-drink is only available to customers who order a set course meal.Table time is 120 minutes (last order 90 minutes before closing). Includes draft beer. We also offer shochu, sake, wine, chuhai, and soft drinks!
We use only the freshest ingredients, such as fresh fish directly sourced from fishermen's boats on the Itoshima Peninsula and fresh vegetables from Itoshima, and we have put together a menu that is carefully crafted using cooking methods such as robatayaki (charcoal grilling) and fresh preparation right before serving, which bring out the maximum flavor of the ingredients.

[Sashimi] 3 kinds of fresh fish delivered directly from Nagahama Market
[Specialty] Straw-grilled bonito (first catch of the season)
[Whole Fish Sashimi] Whole fish sashimi of fresh fish from Nagahama
[Robata (Japanese charcoal grill)] Itoshima pork belly marinated in a pot and grilled over a charcoal fire.
[Hot Pot] Motsunabe (offal hot pot) made with Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu beef.
[Deep-fried dishes] Deep-fried cherry snapper wrapped in seaweed and tempura of seasonal vegetables ~with plum sauce~
[Hot Pot Finishing Dish] Champon noodles to finish off the hot pot.
[Sweets] Black sugar syrup and kinako mochi
