We use not only the freshest ingredients, such as fresh fish procured directly from the fishing boats of fishermen on the Itoshima Peninsula and fresh vegetables from Itoshima, but also pay particular attention to the cooking methods, such as robatayaki and freshly prepared dishes, which bring out the full flavor of the ingredients.
