We use not only the freshest ingredients, such as fresh fish purchased directly from the fishing boats of fishermen on the Itoshima Peninsula and fresh vegetables from Itoshima, but also carefully selected cooking methods such as robatayaki, which brings out the maximum flavor of the ingredients, and cutting the ingredients just before cooking.
